Craniosacral Therapy (CST)

CST is a gentle, hands-on method of enhancing the functioning of fascia, bones of the head, tension in the body and balancing cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.

Functional Medicine

Speech Therapy, MyoFunctional Therapy, TOTs (Lip & Tongue Ties)

Work with our interdisciplinary team to assess for lip, tongue and cheek ties, feeding therapy, hearing screenings, lactation, articulation (sound formation), and improved function of the mouth.

Discovery Call

Discovery calls are meant for prospective patients wanting to learn more about what we do, how we do it, our philosophy, and whether or not we are a good fit. It's a 10-minute opportunity for you to ask questions of any of our providers. We look forward to talking with you!

Lactation Consulting

Lactation support geared to moms with breastfeeding challenges associated with TOTs (tethered oral tissues such as lip and tongue ties), pain, swallowing struggles and gassiness. We accept most insurances. Call or email for details.

Valerie Johnston is a Craniosacral Therapist.

She attended Northwood Technical College 2017-2019 and studied Dynamic Structure Balancing with Ann Turnquist, LMT. She supplemented her training with Dr. Carol Phillips’ 100 hour Dynamic Body Balancing series in 2019. She reviewed Dynamic Body Balancing workshops in 2022 with Ann Turnquist as well as attended Dr. Erika’s “Connecting the Dots of TOTs” seminar in 2022. Most recently, she trained with Sarah Hornsby in Oral Myofunctional Therapy in 2023.
